     With a foundation in Modern Languages from Siena University in Italy, Daniela initially embarked on a successful career in London's financial industry, where she held high-profile international roles for over 12 years. Her career in finance gave her deep insight into the high-pressure environments people face daily, ultimately inspiring her to shift focus toward understanding and helping people overcome personal challenges.

   This transformative journey led Daniela to Imperial College, London, where she earned a Diploma and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, deepening her expertise in the mind's potential for healing. Eager to broaden her therapeutic skillset, she completed an MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT) at Goldsmiths College, University of London, before specializing in EMDR, a groundbreaking therapy known for its effectiveness in treating trauma, phobias, and emotional distress.

     With over two decades of experience, Daniela's approach is highly personalized and goal-focused, ensuring each session is designed to meet the individual needs of her clients. Whether through Hypnotherapy, CBT or EMDR, Daniela's sessions are structured to maximize results, empowering clients to overcome their challenges efficiently and effectively.

     In private practice and at the Priory Hospital, she has successfully treated a wide range of conditions, always working in partnership with her clients to unlock their full potential. How does it work?

     Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based psychological treatment aimed at addressing maladaptive thought patterns and behaviours. CBT is widely used to treat various conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, and stress, by teaching patients practical skills and coping strategies to manage their symptoms and improve their overall mental health. Sessions are goal-oriented and typically short-term, making it a highly effective therapy for many individuals.
     Clinical Hypnotherapy is safe and uses guided relaxation to induce a focused, trance-like state where individuals are more receptive to positive suggestions. This therapeutic technique helps address issues such as anxiety, phobias, stress, and habit disorders by promoting lasting behavioural and emotional change, often in conjunction with other treatments.
     Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences, distressing memories, or emotional difficulties. This process is thought to help rewire the brain's response to trauma, reducing the emotional intensity associated with the memory and enabling the individual to reprocess it in a healthier way. EMDR is commonly used to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, phobias, and other trauma-related conditions.
