EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a structured psychotherapy approach designed to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences, distressing memories, or emotional difficulties. This process is thought to help rewire the brain's response to trauma, reducing the emotional intensity associated with the memory and enabling the individual to reprocess it in a healthier way. Clinical Hypnotherapy

Session Frequency and Duration

The frequency of therapy sessions depends on your needs and preferences. Sessions are typically held weekly, but some clients opt for bi-weekly or monthly sessions. We'll adjust the schedule based on what works best for you and your therapy goals.

The length of therapy also varies, depending on your goals and the pace that feels right for you. Some clients find short-term therapy over a few weeks or months sufficient, while others prefer long-term support to explore deeper issues. We'll regularly assess progress to ensure therapy is meeting your needs and adjust as needed.

How long is each session?

The length is 50 minutes

Fees and Cancellation Policy

My Fee is £95 per session (50 minutes) with packages available for long-term therapy.

Please note that I operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

Is online therapy effective?

With a foundation in Modern Languages from Siena University, Daniela embarked on a successful 12-year career in London's financial industry, holding high-profile international roles. Her experience in high-pressure environments gave her deep insight into the challenges people face, ultimately inspiring her to shift toward helping others overcome personal difficulties.

This transformation led Daniela to earn a Diploma and Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy from Imperial College, London. To further expand her expertise, she completed an MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT) at Goldsmiths College and specialized in EMDR, a highly effective therapy for treating trauma, phobias, and emotional distress.

With over two decades of experience, Daniela’s approach is personalized and goal-focused, ensuring each session is designed to meet the specific needs of her clients. Whether using CBT, EMDR, or Hypnotherapy, Daniela structures her sessions to maximize results, empowering clients to overcome their challenges efficiently and effectively. She has successfully treated a wide range of conditions in private practice and at the Priory Hospital.
