Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in high-pressure corporate roles in London. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the stress, burnout, and emotional challenges people face — and inspired me to help others in a more meaningful way.
I retrained in Clinical Hypnotherapy at Imperial College London, then completed an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RECBT) at Goldsmiths University. Additionally, I have completed training in EMDR therapy for the treatment of trauma, depression, and anxiety
